Blogger Pictures

  ALEX & HIS NONNIE'S PHOTO

Well, I have found a way to post pictures, not sure that it is the proper way, but we will see. This is supposed to be on the top of the page.

This picture was taken of Alex and me when he was 2 weeks old. He just doesn't seem to want to open his eyes when I am around. I feel confident that the next time I am home, he will have his eyes open! What a precious baby he is!!

Thanks to my subscribers, Mary, Betty and Kathy. I believe that I am going to have to explain a blog to some of the other people on my list, so that they can subscribe to the wonderful world of Alex and his Nonnie!

Back in Dhaka

Hello again,

Alex'sNonnie is back in Dhaka Bangladesh and back in the office at NRECA International. It was very difficult to leave Alex, Ethan and Logan but alas it takes $$ to do all the things that I want to do.

The trip to Dhaka was miserable. Chattanooga to Charlotte, there was such turbulence!! It bumped me out of my seat, swayed from side to side and was really scary. The pilot said that it was SEVERE turbulence. I have never experienced such turbulence in a plane. Then on the Dubai to Dhaka portion, there were no less than 10 screaming (not crying) kids, then ENTIRE way. My noise cancelling headset were of no use to the level of screaming from these kids. The hustle and bustle of Dhaka was actually welcoming after all of that!

As soon as I figure out how to post pictures on a blog I will do that. More later.
